Return Process

  Contact our Concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original AUTEUR box and protective sleeve to ensure they remain secure during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our laboratory verifies the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
